1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Withim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Withim is a Bible reading and journaling app designed to support your personal spiritual growth. The app provides:
- Bible reading with KJV and Korean (개역한글) translations
- Four diary types for sermon notes, prayer journals, personal journals, and quiet time reflections
- Reading streaks, verse cards, and engagement features to encourage daily devotion
- Cloud sync (optional) to keep your data across devices
- Grace Plan (optional subscription) for premium features
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Withim. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
4. Your Account
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one for cloud sync, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Grace Plan Subscription
Withim offers an optional premium subscription called the Grace Plan with the following pricing:
- Monthly: $3.99/month
- Annual: $23.99/year
- Lifetime: $39.99 one-time purchase
Free Trial
The Grace Plan includes a 7-day free trial for monthly and annual plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Grace Plan features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Free Preview
Some Grace Plan features offer a limited number of free uses per month so you can try them before subscribing.
6. User Content
Your diary entries, notes, highlights, and other content you create in Withim belong to you. By using Withim, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You can export all of your data at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
7. Bible Text
Withim includes the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain, and the Korean 개역한글 translation. These texts are provided for personal devotional use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or services
- Upload or transmit any harmful code or content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
9. Disclaimers
Withim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Bible texts and devotional content in Withim are for personal spiritual use and do not constitute professional religious counseling or advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Withim and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Withim if you violate these terms. You may stop using Withim at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify users through the app where appropriate. Continued use of Withim after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
